Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


Customers are permitted to cancel their order within a 1-hour time frame from when their order is placed. We begin processing our orders as soon as they are received, making Order Cancellations very time sensitive. Please note that a valid reason must be provided to be eligible for an Order Cancellation. A Cancellation is subject to a Restocking Fee of $5 per order.

REFUND POLICY


Redcacti's Mission: Our mission is to make online shopping as enjoyable, simple, and stress free as possible. If you receive a product that is defective or otherwise not as described, you may be eligible to return the item for a replacement, as specified below.

Redcacti does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once the product is delivered to the carrier.

If you feel like you are eligible for a return, please send us an email at support@redcacti.com, and we are more than happy to help you understand our policies and guide you through the return process!

Please be reminded that you will be responsible for the return shipping label. Please take note that items returned without a trackable shipping method will not be processed, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

1) Email us at support@redcacti.com to start your replacement ticket.
2) Subject line - "REPLACEMENT"
3) Include the following information:
a) Order # (or screenshot of original order confirmation)
b) Photo / video evidence of the product defect
c) Reason for return and explanation of damage
